Shipping Info

All orders are shipped with Australia Post (and their international partners) and take around 3-5 business days to pack and ship, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Peak holiday times or public holidays may delay the arrival of shipped packages so please shop and plan accordingly.

All A's club mail is shipped in the beginning week of the month. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please note that the sign ups of A's club close on the last business week of the month before. For example, if you sign up in December, you will receive the January edition that will be shipped first week of January.  

A's Club letters can take anywhere from 5-15+ business days* to arrive for international penpals and 3-5 business days for Australian penpals.

-SA only: 2-4 business days

-All states except SA: 3-6 business days

International Shipping (outside of Australia):

-depending on destination country can take anywhere from 5-25+ business days*
