Return and Refund Policy
TLDR:
-all products are handmade, there is bound to be imperfections
-please read product descriptions for damaged items that are on sale
-no change of mind returns accepted
-damaged items would require proof of damage sent within seven days of receiving your item
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All products are designed and assembled by myself (with the exclusion of collaborations and commissioned art pieces and some outsourced products as labeled according to their individual product descriptions).
I aim to reduce waste as much as possible, and thus sometimes do use flawed items such as imperfect or slightly damaged beads in my products, and even then, they are always tested for durability and overall quality in each case. I always clearly identify such items in the product description and the pricing for it is heavily reduced in hopes to give these products a second chance.
As a small business and to reduce scams and frauds, I do not accept change of mind returns. There are no returns for A's Club letters, if your letter has not arrived yet, please check my SHIPPING information or contact me.
It is always encouraged that you document any damages or grievances within the first seven days of your product being delivered for any chances of returns and refunds.
